This is exactly what we are going to pilot - peer code review system for our automation projects (btw, namely CodeCollaborator).
I would like to get someone's experience doing that. Is it profitable? How it works in day by day activities? Would be nice if someone with such experience will be found out there.

Nice to see peer code review as an essential.
I wonder how many of those respondents were using a tool like CodeCollaborator, vs. manual meetings?
